All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days from Monday - Friday. We do not process any orders on weekends and Holidays. Any orders placed after 12:01PM EST is considered as part of next business day’s order batch.
We ship worldwide (except Russia and Ukraine).
We do not ship to P.O. boxes!
Choice of Carrier:
All orders are shipped via Fedex express.
If you wish to use standard post office mail, you need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your purchase
so we can calculate the cost of shipping.
Delivery times are between 3 to 10 days, depending of your address.
Ex: All US addresses take 3 to 4 days to deliver.
Damaged Package Claim:
If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please take pictures/document the condition of the outer box and send an email to email@example.com for further instructions.
As we understand the frustration this may cause, we simply do not have any control on possible delivery delays after the package picked up by the carrier. We do not offer refunds/cancellations.
Lost Package Claim:
If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us.
Please allow us 2 business days to contact the shipping carrier regarding your missing package. Please do not open a PayPal claim against the order, as this will further delay the process.
